Drop-shipping step 1
Registration as a drop-shipping Member on the ChenHair Website
Customers shall register as a drop-ship member via the ChenHair website firstly.
Login shall be accomplished by using a one-time 6-digit verification code dispatched via email. Password-based login is not required.
No membership fee shall be charged for drop-ship orders.
Kindly specify “drop-shipping order for hair business” and provide your company/personal information in the remarks section of the order.
Your information will be listed as the sender on the air waybill.
Drop-shipping step 2
Upon receiving a customer’s hair product order, you may directly place an order on our website, chenhair.com.
Once your order is received, we will immediately prepare the hair products and ship them directly to your customer.
If this is your first time processing a drop – shipping order, we strongly recommend contacting us promptly before the package is dispatched.
We accept PayPal payments, which are not only secure and reliable but also safeguard your payment security and protect the buyer’s rights.
If using PayPal for payment, please ensure that your PayPal address has been updated to the customer’s delivery address before placing the order.
Drop-shipping step 3
When you place the order online with correct client’s shipping address,please immediately contact us to inform us this is a drop-ship order, we should get your all confirmed information befor hair goods send out.
We will put your name and phone number as shipper on the shipping document.
What’s more, If you want the package to customized your own logo for this drop-shipping order, please send me your logo files (AI or PDF format), it will takes 3-6 working days to print the lable or tag, 7-10 working days for satin bag.(P.S:OEM package MOQ is 10pcs.)
