Is Terichenhair 100% Human Hair?

Yes. From our Virgin Hair to Raw Hair series, every hair bundle, closure and full wig is expertly made of 100% real human hair. 

We never mix synthetic fibers or animal hair in any of our items, ensuring pure, premium quality for every piece.

What is the difference between Virgin hair and Raw hair?

Virgin Hair: 100% unprocessed with a soft, silky texture. Sourced from 2–3 donors and safely liftable to #27.

Raw Hair: Single-donor raw cuticle hair, chemically unaltered with a natural coarse texture and premium hair ratio. Fully bleachable to #613.

How long will the hair last?

Under proper use and care, you can enjoy 2–3 years of long-lasting wear.

Does the hair shed?

Crafted with reinforced double wefts, our bundles are designed to minimize shedding. 

A slight amount of shedding is completely natural, just like your own hair.

Does the hair tangle?

Our hair features intact, root-to-tip cuticle alignment to avoid tangling. Routine maintenance and deep conditioning ensure long-lasting smoothness.

Can the hair be straightened or curled?

Absolutely! You may straighten or curl the hair just like your natural hair. To extend its lifespan, please avoid excessive heat styling.

Can I dye the hair?

Yes, this hair is fully dyeable and bleach-friendly.

Virgin hair can be lifted up to #27, while raw hair can be bleached all the way to #613.

Can I wash the hair?

Yes. We suggest using sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner for gentle care.Both raw hair and virgin hair behave just like natural human hair; its original texture and bounce will restore after washing.

What payment methods do you accept?

What Can I Do If My PayPal Payment Not Go Through?

When will my order be shipped? How long is the delivery time?

Sample orders and in-stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours once payment is confirmed.

Custom orders require 5-7 business days for processing, or longer depending on your requirements.

  • USA & Canada: 2–4 business days via DHL / FedEx

  • UK & Europe: 2–4 business days via FedEx

  • African countries: 4–7 business days via DHL / FedEx

What is your return & exchange policy?

All unused, unwashed, and unaltered hair items can be eligible for return or exchange within 15 days after delivery.

Please note that customized orders, dyed, or worn items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

For any return requests, kindly contact our customer service first to get detailed instructions.

Do you offer labels and tags?

Yes. We can provide custom labels, tags and packaging for wholesale orders.

You can add your own logo to build your brand.

Do you offer dropshipping?

Yes, we provide dropshipping services for stylists and online sellers.

We ship orders directly to your customers with no brand markings.

Custom labels and personalized packaging are also available.

Do you offer wholesale price?

Yes. We provide wholesale pricing with no MOQ, along with quantity discounts and bundle offers. Special rates are also available for stylists and salon owners.

Do you offer samples for wholesale customers to test?

Yes, we offer hair samples and unit samples for wholesale customers to test the quality, texture and color before bulk orders.

Sample orders are welcome, and you can mix different styles for your reference.
