  3. We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refund Process:

– Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

– Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

 

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
