Shipping Policy

Shipping time:

Sample order and in-stock order will be shipped within 24-48 hours after receiving full payment.

Customized order takes about 5-7 working days or longer based on your order requirements.

Shipping packages:

Tips: Hair bundles /wigs will be washed clean before putting into package.

Each bundle will be packed in PVC bag, label length, then put into DHL/FedEx/UPS shipping bag or carton box.

Customized package is acceptable. We could  provide label, hangtag, logo design service after confirm the order and full payment.

 Shipping methods:

Usually we will ship the packages by DHL/ Fedex/UPS ,or other shipping methods depends on customer’s requests.

Express shipping time: 

  • To USA/Canada/UK/European: 3-4 working days by DHL or Fedex

  • To African countries :4-7 working days by Fedex or DHL or UPS.
