Handling time:

Sample order and in-stock order will be shipped within 24-48 hours after receiving full payment.

We will fulfill a tracking number in your order on our website once shipped out, or send to you by email or Whatsapp.

Customized order takes about 5-7 business days or longer based on your order requirements.

Shipping packages:

Each bundle will be packed in PVC bag, label length, then put into DHL/FedEx/UPS shipping bag or carton box.

PS.: Customized package is acceptable.

We could provide label, hangtag, logo design service to our customers after confirm the order and full payment.

Shipping methods:

Usually we will ship the hair packages by DHL/ Fedex/UPS/TNT , or other shipping methods depends on customers’ requests.

Important Notes:

PO boxes are not accepted for express shipping.
