Shipment:
1.Handling time:
Sample order and in-stock order will be shipped out within 24-48 hours after full payment.
Customized order takes about 5-7 working days or longer based on your order details.
2.Shipping packages:
Firstly hair will be washed clean before putting into package.
Each bundle be packed in PVC bag, label length, then put into DHL/FedEx shipping bag or pack by carton.
Customized package is acceptable.
We could provide product label, hangtag, logo design service after confirm the order and full payment.
3.Shipping methods:
Normally we will ship the packages by DHL or Fedex, or other shipping methods depends on customer’s requests.
4. Express shipping time:
To USA/Canada: 3-4 working days by DHL or Fedex
To UK/European: 3-4 working days by Fedex
To African countries :4-7 working days by Fedex or DHL
