1.We accept returns or refunds within 15 days of receiving the goods.
Please contact us first to obtain the correct return address before shipping.
Packages returned without prior seller authorization will not be accepted.

 

2.Upon receiving the returned items, we will process a replacement if inventory is available.
If out of stock, a refund will be issued promptly.

 

3.Only unused hair/wigs in original condition are eligible for return or exchange.
Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use cannot be exchanged or refunded.

4.To minimize customs duties and shipping costs, please contact us to discuss the return shipping method and the detailed description of the package.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

5.Items must be returned in their original state: unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging intact.
We only accept returns for non-used hair/lace wigs/lace closures that meet these conditions.
